By accessing and using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our application.

Smart Load Solution is a SaaS platform that provides:

• Load calculator: Automatic calculation of RPM, costs, and profitability
• Financial system: Management of revenue, expenses, and accounts receivable
• Load history: Complete trip records and historical analysis
• Zone map: Geographic profitability analysis
• Lex AI: Smart assistant with analysis capabilities
• Reports & analytics: Dashboards and advanced metrics

2.1 Available Plans

2.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. The charge will be made on the same date each month using the registered payment method.

3.1 Refund Conditions

• You have 14 days from your first payment to request a full refund
• The refund is 100% no-questions-asked
• It is processed to the original payment method
• Processing time is 5-10 business days

3.2 How to Request a Refund

1. Send an email to support@smartloadsolution.com
2. Include your registration email
3. You will receive confirmation within 24 hours
4. The refund will be processed in 3-5 business days

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings panel or by contacting support@smartloadsolution.com

Effects of Cancellation

• Your access will continue until the end of the paid period
• No future charges will be made
• Your data will be kept for 30 days in case you decide to return

By using our service, you agree NOT to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Attempt to hack, compromise, or damage the platform
• Share your account with third parties
• Reverse-engineer the software
• Reproduce, distribute, or resell the service without authorization

Smart Load Solution shall not be liable for:

• Business decisions made based on information from the application
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Service interruptions due to maintenance

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the last 12 months.

Your privacy is important to us. The use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We implement standard security measures:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all connections
• Secure storage on Firebase (Google Cloud)
• Robust authentication
• Regular backups

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Any disputes related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida, United States.
